Le 12 novembre 1789, l’Assembl\u00e9e nationale constituante d\u00e9cr\u00e8te qu’\u00ab il y aura une municipalit\u00e9 dans chaque ville, bourg, paroisse ou communaut\u00e9 de campagne \u00bb <\/i>. Qu\u2019en est-il pour Bouchemaine ?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

La commune est la r\u00e9union de deux paroisses bien diff\u00e9rentes, celle de Saint-Aubin de Pruniers et celle de Saint-Symphorien \u00e0 Bouchemaine.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Selon C\u00e9lestin Port, la cure de Pruniers \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque un des plus pauvres b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de l\u2019Anjou\u2026 La paroisse pour moiti\u00e9 en landes, bois et rochers comptait \u00e0 peine 50 feux, 360 habitants en 1789. En 1809, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00eaque d\u2019Angers supprime Pruniers de la liste des paroisses et la petite \u00e9glise devient un simple oratoire desservi par le clerg\u00e9 de Bouchemaine. En 1844, la paroisse de Pruniers est r\u00e9tablie par le roi Louis-Philippe.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

La paroisse de Bouchemaine situ\u00e9e \u00e0 la confluence de la Maine et de la Loire est alors bien plus importante, elle compte 1 190 habitants, le bourg de La Pointe en fait partie. Jusqu’\u00e0 la R\u00e9volution, la vie de la Pointe est tr\u00e8s anim\u00e9e. C’est un lieu de p\u00e9age avant Angers. \u00e0 la Pr\u00e9v\u00f4t\u00e9, logeait l’officier charg\u00e9 de percevoir les taxes non seulement sur le sel, la gabelle, mais aussi le vin et autres denr\u00e9es transitant par la Loire, seule voie de communication avant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du chemin de fer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

D\u2019apr\u00e8s C\u00e9lestin Port, \u00e0 La Pointe, nomm\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque Ruzebouc, il y avait aussi \u00ab 538 hectares en vigne blanche o\u00f9 se r\u00e9colte le vin r\u00e9put\u00e9 en Anjou sous le nom de La Pointe \u00bb<\/i>. D\u2019o\u00f9 le nom du lotissement, \u00ab Les Vignes \u00bb, construit en 1993.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

L\u2019habitat est essentiellement concentr\u00e9 au bord de la Loire et de la Maine qu\u2019il domine de 30 m par endroits. A l\u2019ouest se situent les \u00ab \u00e9carts \u00bb c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la campagne parsem\u00e9e de quelques lieux-dits.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
